Red ski slope Labska with a chairlift is just a few steps from the apartment. The apartment is very affordable for the location and is also very well designed. The accommodation is pleasant both for families with children and for guests who prefer intimacy from a busy environment. The apartment has free covered parking, which is a great advantage especially during the winter season.

This cozy and tastefully furnished 2-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building. You enter directly into the hall, where you can use a dressing room with built-in wardrobe to store your belongings. There is a boot dryer in the dressing room, which guests will especially appreciate after skiing. The bedroom has a double bed measuring 160cm x 200cm and a single bed measuring 80cm x 195cm. The corner sofa in the living room is equipped with a folding double bed. This means that the apartment has a total of 5 full beds. The living room also has a plasma TV with satellite connection and a dining area. The apartment also includes a balcony with a unique view of the Elbe Dam. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker and toaster.
